Please Let Me Sleep

Whew. It seemed that I really can't sleep at an early hour. I've been chatting at mIRC and ym for almost 13 hours and, I finished reading the first book of the Bourne Trilogy, yet I still couldn't sleep. My eyes aren't tired enough or my brain isn't drained yet. Then a fellow chatter told me to view this site http://www.unexplained-mysteries.com/ and I did. It held my interest for a few minutes but some pictures and videos really spook me. Then we had a horror story session, which was creepy with all the encounters of ghosts and other beings. It made me more restless and further prevented me to sleep. Three hours later, my body was dead tired. I really hope I could sleep after I finish this post.
